Notes
Ran first 6 miles with the ERC marathon training group and last six solo. Nice consistent medium long run in perfect weather. Group went out a little fast early & I felt comfortable running with them, but I did slow it down slightly after the four mile hydration stop as I was running another 8 and they were only running another 2. Felt good all 12 miles. A little fatigue after 9 miles, but it had little effect on pace or effort.
