O.k. run. Being outside for the first time in a couple of weeks, I took it a little conservatively as I wasn't completely sure of how the footing would be as there were still lots of snow and slush patches plus I was getting re-acclimated to having the run impacted by the weather and street traffic. Overall though it was a very steady & consistent run -- cadence started a little slow but picked up some by mile 5 and remained identical from mile 5 to the end of the run. Legs felt strong the entire distance and I still felt pretty good at the end of the run.
