Ist mid-week double digit run of the training cycle. Run was o.k. Had a tougher week outside of running so I was more fatigued than last week's 9 miler & it showed early. Legs were very tight and tired for almost first three miles, but after that muscles felt much better and I got into a pretty good running rhythm. Ran first five miles on street and surface and traffic kept pace slightly higher than pace range but ran miles 6-8 on Concordia's outdoor track and same effort produce miles in the 9:50s on the softer surface. Back on the street for last 2 miles and pace slowed but effort remained steady.
