Notes

Cool down miles after the half mile intervals. By the end of the intervals I was definitely feeling the effects of the cold so I listened to my body and slowed these miles down to a recovery pace. The effort was steady and consistent. I then did the pedestal routine with leg lifts x 2, the Cannonball routine & the leg circuit exercises after finishing these three miles. I had no problem with any of the exercises. The good news is that, as I'm writing these notes this evening, I'm feeling better & have had no congestion since finishing this afternoon's workout, Hopefully I've seen the worst of this cold & it won't have any effect on the rest of the week's workouts.
