Notes

Solid run. Consistent and steady effort all 12 miles. Hamstring was much improved. Was slightly aware of the area that had been sore, but there really was no soreness during the entire run & it had no effect on my stride at all. Pretty much no difference between how it felt during the first mile of running and during the last mile. Legs still felt strong at the end of the run. Hamstring was a little sore after the 12 miles, but not nearly as sore as after Thursday's six miler.

Did pedestals with left lifts, Cannonball & leg circuit exercises after the run.
