Very good run on the outdoor track at Concordia college. Weather was perfect except for headwind for half the run. Effort & pace were extremely consistent -- the slower miles had more running into the 20 mph wind; the faster miles more running with the strong tailwind. Felt good the entire distance & strides were even stronger than the ones I ran on Sunday -- cadence peaked at 99-101 for all ten strides with paces peaking at just under 8 min/mile into the wind & peaking around 7:30/mile with the wind. Added pedestal routine x 2 & the myrtle routine after the run, although some of the exercises in the myrtl routine still feel a bit awkward.
