Notes

Very solid workout. Warm up was steady & consistent. Fartlek went well. Felt strong during all the hard portions & felt very ready to resume the harder effort after the minute recovery. Cool down pretty much a repeat of the warm up miles. Pedestals w/ lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, Core X & leg circuit 2 after the run.
