Excellent long run. Ran 7 miles west on the Prairie Path through Glen Ellyn & then back to Elmhurst. 7 miles west had was a very gently uphill run so the run back was on a very gentle downgrade. Effort for the first 12 miles was extremely consistent, a little slower pace going out because of the upgrade and a little faster pace coming back because of the downgrade. Had lots left at 12 miles & was easily able to increase the effort and pace for the 2 mile fast finish portion.
Felt great the entire run & finished strongly. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, & leg circuit #2 after the run.
