Notes

Warm up mile was comfortable & relaxed, pretty much a continuation of last nite's easy run. Tempo was solid. Fell into "half marathon effort" from the get go. First half mile was a little fast so I dialed down the pace very slightly to the end of the first mile. By the start of the second tempo mile I was in a great running rhythm & I was able to maintain that to end of the 4 mile tempo section. Final three tempo miles were very consistent as I ran each of the final six half miles between 4:18 & 4:20. I did feel a little fatigue near the end of mile 3, but pushed right through it, maintaining a steady pace, cadence & effort. Cool down mile was almost identical to the warm up mile. Complete full set of exercises post run. Felt very strong the entire run with something left at the end of the workout.
