Fartlek workout: 1 min hard @ 5k effort alternated with 1 minute brisk jog x 12 repetitions. Pretty good workout. 5k effort was in the 8:30 to 8:45/mile range. Felt fatigue in last 3 or 4 hard efforts, but no fall off in effort or pace despite the fatigue.
