Realized I would not be able to run on Wednesday evening because of work and the early race on Thursday a.m so I flip flopped the recovery runs -- doing the 4 miler tonite and moving the 5 miler to next Sunday. Run went really well. My legs felt a little tight after being at my desk for 8 hours and the run helped get rid of the tightness. Very steady run at recovery effort on the outdoor track.
