This morning's deluge pushed me indoors. Turned out to be one of the best indoor long runs I've had. Comfortable, consistent, easy effort the entire distance. Got stronger in the second half of the run & increased my turnover and pace just a notch for the last 3 miles. At the end of the run I was more mentally tired from all the laps than I was physically tired & probably could have done several more miles at the same effort & pace. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit one after the run.
