Another very well executed interval workout. Warm up was steady & relaxed. Again started first interval conservatively running a hard, but controlled, effort for the first half mile ( time was about 4:37) & then slowly, but steadily, increased the effort & pace to comfortably hard just before the mile mark & maintained that effort to the finish. Started the 2nd interval

more aggressively, reaching a comfortably hard effort and pace early in the interval (1st half was about 4:26) and then had no trouble maintaining that effort/pace to the end of the interval. The start of the 3rd interval was virtually identical to the 2nd one, but with about a half mile to go I picked the effort and pace up a notch for my strongest, and fastest, finish of the set. Felt great for all 3 reps & had a lot left in the tank after finishing the last interval. Cool down miles were very relaxed and comfortable. Completed all exercise routines after the run.
