Notes

A pretty good workout on a day that was warmer and sunnier than any of the workouts since the race. Easy portion was comfortable and set up the progression segments nicely. Execution on the progression segments wasn't perfect, but still very good. I was able to pick up the effort pretty well in each of the five minute segments. 2nd and 3rd segments were almost identical pace, but that's a bit misleading as I had to slow down momentarily to cross one street during the 3rd segment. Otherwise it would have been just a little faster than the 2nd one. Definitely could have done one more segment. Not sure whether I could've two more, but I suspect I could've if necessary. Did the full set of exercise routines after the run.
