Notes

Tougher run than Thursday. Started off a little fast and started to ease the pace a little in mile 4 & settled into a pretty steady pace and effort after taking a hydration break early in mile 5. Overall a solid run. Felt some fatigue in last half of run but effort and cadence stayed fairly consistent through the end of the run.
