Again very nice execution. Legs felt strong & overall felt great for all 10 miles in weather very similar to forecast for next Saturday's race. First four miles at a very easy and very comfortable effort/pace. Picked the effort up at the beginning of mile 5 and had no problem maintaining that effort for the next 5 miles. Very easy and comfortable cool down mile. Completed pedestals w/ lifts x 2, cannonball routine & leg circuit run after the run.
