Better run than last week.. Still about 10 seconds per mile slower than target pace, but hit the easy run pace in first 2 1/2 mile block, ran the first mile of the LT portion faster & brought the pace down & turnover up in mile 5. I felt good from the beginning of the run, pushed through the discomfort just past half way of the LT portion & ran stronger in the last two miles of the LT portion and in the last 2 1/2 mile block than I did last week. Felt like the effort was in right direction & was pleased that I felt relaxed even when pushing the pace.
