Notes

Half mile intervals with quarter mile (3 minute) recovery jog between repeats. Consistent pacing & effort. Able to maintain pace just at or a little below 5k pace for all six intervals. Cadence was also very consistent 186 to 188 for all six intervals. Tired a little in last quarter of repeats five and six, but able to maintain pace & cadence with slight increase in effort.
