3/4 mile intervals alternated with 3 minutes job (medium rest). Intervals were very consistent. Was conservative for first interval and was able to increase speed in each of next two. Got a little tired in last interval but still maintained a steady pace (quarters in last interval were 2:07, 2:06; 2:06) in the middle of the pace range. Overall a good effort, but feel I could still be a little faster.
