Excellent long run. Relaxed & easy first mile. Then by the second mile file into an comfortable running rhythm & basically sustained the same rhythm and effort for the rest of the run. Felt strong and in control entire distance with lots left during the final couple of miles. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, & leg circuit 2 after the run. Was a little stronger on the new exercises & the difficult ones felt less awkward.
