Notes

Excellent workout. Steady and relaxed warm up mile. Fell into comfortably easy effort early in mile 1 of the tempo run and then got stronger as the run continued. Same effort all four miles with pace naturally dropping slightly in each mile. Felt great at the end of the tempo portion and cool down was easy and relaxed, pretty much a carbon copy of the warm up mile. Myrtl routine after the run.
