Notes

Streets were horrible after the 7 miler so I went to the fitness center and ran the strides on the track & then did the Myrtl routine and pedestals (30 seconds x 2). Strides were not as strong as on Tuesday & Thursday, but still were pretty decent given this morning's circumstances. Myrtl & pedestals were solid.
