Despite coming after a tough 13 mile run, strides were excellent. Legs felt tight during the first rep, but after that the felt pretty good and turnover was virtually identical to last night's strides. Completed Myrtl routine, pedestal routine (45 seconds x 2) and leg circuit exercises post workout. All pedestals were strong for entire 45 seconds and leg circuit exercises are beginning to feel a little more comfortable, even the one leg squats & the lateral shuffle.
