Notes

Good Run. Very typical for a Wednesday. Legs felt a little sluggish & tight for the first mile and a half. After that legs loosened up & I felt I got stronger during the second half of the run. Very consistent cadence & pacing for the entire distance. Pedestals x 2 (50 seconds) & Myrtl routine after the run.
