1/4 mile intervals. Race prep. 3 sets of 3 x 1/4 mile intervals with 1/8 mile recovery between intervals and 1/4 mile recovery jog between sets. Well executed work out. 1st set was hard, but still a bit conservative. Then pushed it a little harder in sets 2 and 3. Felt somewhat fatigued by 8th and 9th intervals, but still was able to maintain great turnover and steady speed. Great confidence builder for Thursday's 3.14 mile race.
