Kept doing what I've been doing. Another solid, well executed workout. After a nice steady & comfortable warm up, I used the first mile of the first interval to steadily build up the effort & pace. By the second mile the effort was right where I wanted it to be -- hard, but very controlled and very relaxed. After the half mile recovery, I had no problem hitting that pace & effort at the start of the 2nd interval or maintaining it for the entire two miles. The 3rd interval was pretty much a carbon copy of the second interval. Again the effort was hard, but controlled, & I definitely had lots left & could have run faster in all three intervals. Finished all core & strength routines after the run. Core X definitely feeling more comfortable.
