Strides were really good. Excellent turnover, started at average of 196 for 1st rep, 200 for 2nd rep, & 202 for the last three reps. Good speed, but did not have to strain or push too hard to reach top speed. Myrtl routine & pedestal routine x 2 (30 seconds) after the strides.
