Today's fartlek workout was even a little bit better than last Tuesday's. Warm up was a very easy effort, consistent and relaxed.. Felt strong during all the two minute hard sections, eased off during the 3 minutes steady sections, & then transitioned very easily back to the harder effort at the end of each steady section. Cool down miles mirrored the warm up miles. Pedestals w/ lifts x 2, Grant Green routine, Core X & leg circuit 2 after the workout.
