Legs felt tired from yesterday's hard workout for entire 6 miles. From 3rd mile to end, had to increase effort to keep pace around 10 min/mile, but cadence stats were very consistent despite legs not feeling fresh. Did four 20 second strides in middle of mile 5 and was able to push pace and increase the effort effectively despite fatigue as born out by cadence figures which maxed at significantly higher rate during that mile. Overall an o.k. run in middle of pace range.
