Run was steady & controlled the entire distance. Started a little too fast although effort & turnover weren't excessive so I dialed it down a notch from mile 2 on. Tired a little in mile 5, but was able to maintain form & effort. Still pretty strong at the end of the run. 30 second pedestals x 2 & Myrtl routine after the run. Was significantly stronger doing the side pedestals on both reps.
