Temperature & humidity only slightly better than yesterday. First couple of mile were very tough but about middle of mile 3 I felt much better and was able to run pretty consistently. Didn't push the pace because of the sun & humidity but strides felt surprisingly good & I ran all 10 comfortably hard with turnover peaking in each of them at 98 to 100 and pace peaking around 8 min/mile, dipping into the 7:40s for more than half of them. Pretty decent workout after a iffy start.
