Strong run. Weather was perfect. At six mile mark felt like I had only run one mile. Started to pick up pace for last two miles fast finish in mile 12. Felt tired but still strong in last two miles -- just under target pace of 9:15 in mile 13 and was under that pace in mile 14, only because it had one hill climb that slowed overall pace slightly. Consistent effort & in control all 14 miles.
