Really good run & really well executed. First four miles were easy & relaxed effort. Increased effort a notch in mile 5 & drop the pace to around 9:30. Did the same in mile 6. Felt really good at start of mile 7 & finished entire mile strong so pace dropped again although effort in mile 7 was virtually identical to mile 6. The real positive going into Saturday's race is that I still had a lot left at the end of the run. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Cannonball routine & leg circuit exercises after the run.
