Absolutely fabulous run this morning. Entire 12 miles were relaxed, comfortable & pretty effortless. Ran with a friend and for the first 9 miles we had no problem carry on conversation. During the last 3 miles, I guess the effort did increase a little because we were breathing a little harder with less talking, but even then I felt like I was cruising and not pushing even moderately hard. Ran this one strictly by feel, never checked the Garmin for pace, and looked at the total elapsed time only a couple of times At the finish I was really surprised at how fast we actually run as even during the last three miles I really thought I was running 30 to 45 seconds slower. Felt really good and very fresh at the end of the run and felt I could have run several more miles with no drop effort in effort. Completed pedestals with lifts, Grant Green routine, Core X (25 seconds) and leg circuit 2 post run. All exercises were very solid today, probably got a good boost from how

well today's run went.
