Excellent execution. Felt strong the entire distance. Again after a nice easy, relaxed warm up mile, hit marathon effort immediately and steadily maintained it for the next four miles. At the end of the four mile marathon effort section, was easily able to kick it to "5k effort" for the next 1/2 mile & ran that 1/2 mile in about 4:15. Cool down felt great and I was able to run a nice pace at a very easy effort. Pedestals w/lifts x 2, cannonball routine & leg circuit 1 after the run.
