Notes

Excellent negative split run. Used the first mile and a half to warm up and get into a nice running rhythm. Ran very steady and comfortably from there to 6 1/2 miles. Then slowly and easily picked up the pace and effort a notch to the finish. Felt very strong the entire distance. Pedestals with lifts x 2, Grant Green routine & leg circuit 2 after the run.
