Overall today's workout was very uneven. The tail end of my cold had a significant impact on the workout, including the effects of the pseudophed I'd taken the last 2 days and 2 nite's of interrupted sleep, resulting from the cold associated congestion. I felt o.k. at the start of the workout, but definitely not at 100%. The warm up miles actually went pretty well. The first mile was a bit of a struggle but by mile 2 I got into a decent running rhythm and all three miles were run with a steady effort and I felt pretty good & right where I needed to be.
