6 x 3/8s mile (603.5 meters) with 3 min 30 sec target alternated with 6 x 3:30 min recovery jogs. Then 2 cool down miles.
Had a little trouble judging pace for first two intervals, but by from 3rd was locked in on target pace.
With the long recoveries, I had no problem maintaining speed for all six of the fast intervals. Good, comfortably hard work out.
