An o.k. run given the weather. Turned out to be hotter & a lot more humid than I thought it was and sun was unrelenting. First half of the run was pretty good, but by the end of mile 3 the humidity began draining my energy & affecting my legs very quickly. In response, I slowed it down a lot, took a couple of extra hydration breaks, and was able to finish the last 2 miles at a steady, although much slower, pace..
