Workout couldn't have been run & executed any better. Warm up was steady, consistent & a very easy effort.

1st interval was extremely solid. Got into "5k" effort by the end of the first quarter mile & then maintained it to the end of the mile, increasing the pace slightly after that first quarter mile. After first 2 minute recovery, transitioned into "5k effort" almost immediately. First quarter of the 2nd interval was fast, under 1:58 so I eased the pace, but not the effort, slightly. Still I ran remaining three quarters consistently hard, running each of them between 2:00 & 2:02. After the 2nd 2 minute recovery, again transitioned into "5k effort" immediately. Ran a steady 2:02 for each of the first 3 quarters of the final interval, but still had enough left to pick it up a bit in the final quarter. Cool down miles were pretty much identical to the warm up miles. Great set of intervals as after I finished the last one, I absolutely felt I could have run another mile interval with no drop off in effort or performance. Completed full set of exercises post run.
