Long run fail.

Wanted 15, but there was no way. Felt like shit from the first step and never got better. Exhausted, chest congestion, (?), feet achy. Luckily, Garmin wasn't working, so not sure how miserably slowly I was going, but felt like crawltastic pace. Still, made the 14 in time for 9:00 practice, so whatevs. Don't know if I'm fighting something off or crash fatigue or just one of those days. Onward, bitches.
