Notes

First fast-ish run since races. Included 9-mile Hill (amongst others) during the "moderate" section. Legs feel infintiely better after a day off. May try intervals Thursday. Trying for decent time at 10k 5/24, but may not be enough time for speed to return. Whatev. Just feels good to run.
