Mile marker 4 to 8 and back. 45 out, 42 back (maybe a little faster).

I really can't remember the last time I ran 8 miles of hills with no stopping or walking, and picked it up on the 2nd half and felt great the entire time.

Menopause has been a relentlessly cruel bitch to my running, but for 87 minutes on a beautiful October morning in Monkeyville, I felt like my old self again. And by "my old self," I mean my young self.
