9 X .25 @ 6:40--6:55 pace. Two-minute jog between each.
It's unrealistically hot out even at 6:30 a.m. Died in the last 2 reps. Probably would have quit altogether if not for the fatass tri-geek with the 70.2 bumper sticker trying to win the workout with his big old belly flap.
Legs still tired from w/e hiking. No wonder JK's 5k time is actually faster on only 20 miles a week.
