Quarter to 1/2 mile fartleks (heh heh heh) at 8k pace (7:15ish) with last 1/4 mile at 7:00 pace. 2-minute rest between each at 9:15 pace.
Felt fairly easy, as tho I could've maintained 1-mile repeats w/o much problem at same pace. Anda's right. Speed feels good.
