11.2 route from mile marker 4 to marker 8 plus 1/2 mile and back. Felt relatively good. Digestive..ahem..annoyances still bothering me, though it doesn't seem to have an impact on runs (so to speak). Still, don't feel 100% because of it. May go to doc next week if still feeling poorly.
About 5-10 seconds faster than race pace.
