Great course, beautiful morning!!
About an 85% effort for a great speed workout, but not my best race potential. A little tough amidst the mileage past 10 days or so. Even so, felt really, really good the whole way (unlike how I generally feel in a race......).
6th woman overall. 3rd Masters. 50-second PR, but last 5-mile race was over a year ago so not a stunning PR. Was in the pack of women places 2-7 for most of the race. I just can't seem to pull out the guns at the finish. Could've come in 3rd if I'd had a kick. Coulda, shoulda. Next time.
