Notes

16 of the Monkey course at extra easy pace. Pain nearly gone completely in heels...Didn't seem to be aggravated by hills. Run felt pretty effortless. Of course, now I wish I hadn't switched to the half instead of full marathon next weekend. Probably for the best, though.
