Ladder, 2,4,6,8,8,6,4,2 with 200 floats except for 400 recovery between the 800s.

Didn't feel at all great in the warm up, but the workout was really good and better as it went along. Mist and 37 degrees was actually pleasant for this. Just me and some old dude and the crows.
