3 min. rec. at 10:00/ 5 min. rec. between miles 3 and 4. Last mile got cut short by a minute because of fckng treadmill. I can live with it.

This felt surprisingly not hideous. Sweating like a pig by the end, and my feet hurt in various places, but what else is new.
